Regular Meetings
Admission and membership are free.
We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. Meetings have no fixed time limit, but usually last until around 8:00-8:30 pm. If you have specific ideas for topics to be discussed, please email the list and we will work on your suggestion.
New meeting location beginning August 2010 meeting
Because of persistent problems with internet access at Swearingen, we are moving the August meeting to the second floor of Control Management, Inc. at 3101 Carlisle St Columbia, SC.

There is free parking in the lot behind the building. From the parking lot, you will see two doors with awnings over them. Take the one on the right, and take the elevator up. The meeting room will be immediately on your right getting off the elevator.
Our previous meeting location - as of august 2010, do not use this
The meeting was previously held in the Faculty Lounge (Room 1A03) of the Swearingen Engineering Center on the USC Campus. The building is located at 301 Main St. (gps://wgs-84/33N59.340/081W01.737/), at the intersection of Main and Catawba. (Three blocks south of Blossom St.) Come in the entrance facing Main closest to Catawba & Main, and look for the Faculty Lounge. (2nd door on the right, next to the vending room.) Handicap entrance faces Catawba and enters to basement level. Take elevator to 1st floor and take two rights to get to the meeting room.
